Dubai: AB de Villiers, who single-handedly won the RCB win against Rajasthan Royals (RR) by turning a stand on his own, was described by the team’s head coach Simon Katich as a ‘fearless’ player.

De Villiers played an unbeaten innings of 55 off 22 balls with the help of 6 sixes, which enabled the team to reach the big target. RCB scored 179 for three wickets in 19.4 overs to win by 7 wickets.
Katich said in the press conference after the match, ‘He is fearless. That’s why he is the greatest player of all time. We saw another great innings with his bat, we have seen such innings many times in this tournament. He said, “He also batted brilliantly against Mumbai and then in another match also scored 73 runs in 33 balls.” However, earlier in the match against Kings XI Punjab, Mr. 360 degree was completely lacking.
