IPL 2020: Half of the 13th season of IPL has been crossed. There have been some such performances which have surprised the fans and cricket pundits. In the IPL 2020 , young players have raised hopes of future from their performance, so some such veteran players were flopped in this IPL. Youngsters like Kartik Tyagi and Devdutt Padikkal have made their mark in this IPL, while AB de Villiers, Virat Kohli, Shikhar Dhawan, KL Rahul, Manik Agarwal and Palard (B de Villiers and Kieron Pollard) Performing brilliantly on the hope of fans. But the players from whom the fans had a lot of hope this time are absolutely flopped, which is certainly disappointing. In such a situation, you know about those legendary players who are flopping in the IPL.

MS Dhoni (MS Dhoni)

MS Dhoni (MS Dhoni), the biggest name of IPL 2020, is completely flopped this season. Fans were hopeful that the first Mahi will be seen in the IPL, but the batting has looked very weak. The bat of Dhoni, who returned to the cricket field after 14 months, has been very quiet like him, due to which CSK’s team is seen dropping out of the playoffs this time. In the 10 matches played this season, Dhoni has scored only 164 runs. Dhoni (Dhoni in IPL 2020) averages only 27.33 in IPL 2020.

Andrea Russell

For KKR, Andre Russell’s flop in the tournament has been nothing short of a nightmare. Russell, who became the King of the IPL by batting stormy last season, has completely stood on the adage ‘Naam Bade and Darshan Chhote’ this season. Russell has scored only 92 runs in 9 matches in this IPL. In the 2019 IPL, Russell scored 510 runs, but this season his performance has fallen drastically.

Pat Cummins

KKR bought Pat Cummins for Rs 15.5 crore. Even before the IPL started, Cummins came into the limelight with a huge amount, but his bowling in the season did not see the point for which he was given a huge amount of more than 15 crores. Cummins has taken only 3 wickets in 9 matches which shows that his performance has been very disappointing.

Glenn Maxwell

Kings XI Punjab had high hopes from Glenn Maxwell but in every match Punjab’s hopes were seen to be tarnished. Punjab would have bought Maxwell for Rs. 10.75 crores and included them in the team with the hope that their bats will bat in the IPL, but that could not happen. Surprisingly, in the 10 matches played this season, not a single six has come off his bat. In the year 2014 too, Maxwell played for the Punjab team and in this season he scored 552 runs. This time, this explosive batsman from Australia has scored only 90 runs in 10 matches. Right now, Punjab has 4 more matches to play, in such a situation what will Maxwell feed, it will be a matter to be seen.

Aaron Finch

This time RCB bought Aaron Finch for Rs 4.40 crore and joined the team. But so far Finch has disappointed with his performance. This season Finch has scored 205 runs in 9 matches, but he could not stand the kind of batting he was expected to.
