Now Amit Sadh, who was Sushant’s co-star in the film ‘Kai Po Che’, has made a big disclosure about his mental health. He told in an interview that when he was young he was so broken that he tried suicide four times.
Amit Sadh, in addition to Sushant, has been a part of superhit films like Salman Khan’s Sultan, Akshay Kumar’s Gold and Hrithik Roshan’s Super 30. In an interview to MensXP, Amit Sadh told that between 16 and 18 years, he tried to commit suicide by being desperate.
He said, ‘For the fourth time when such a thought came to my mind, then I decided that it was wrong to do so. It is not good and it is not the end. Things have changed. My mindset has changed. And since then, it has developed and the spirit of never giving up came into me. After that I decided to move forward and never looked back again.

Amit Sadh further said in the interview that, it took him 20 years to extricate himself from this situation. He said, “I am sure one thing has been found – it is not the end. Life is a gift. So, the day I understood it, I started living it. I feel blessed and lucky to have white light On the other side. ”
Significantly, Amit Sadh was recently seen in Vidya Balan and Sanya Malhotra’s film ‘Shankutla Devi’. The film was released on July 31 on Amazon Prime Video. He has appeared in ‘Breathe into the shadows’ with Abhishek Bachchan and in Sony Liv’s web series ‘Block’.
