The Indian team is on a tour of Australia under the captaincy of Virat Kohli. Team India consists of experienced spinners Ravichandran Ashwin and Kuldeep Yadav for the Test series. Also, veteran spinner Harbhajan Singh said that it would be difficult for spinners on Australian pitches. By the time they adjust to the situation, the tour will be over. Do not depend on side bowlers.
Ashwin and Kuldeep were also included in the team on the 2018 Australia tour. Team India then won a 2–1 Test series for the first time against Australia at their home. Kuldeep then took 5 wickets in the first innings of the Sydney Test. At the same time, Ashwin took 6 wickets in the Adelaide Test.
On December 17, the first Test Indian team has to play 3 ODIs and the same T20 series from 27 November on the tour of Australia. After this, both teams will play the first match of the 4-Test series from 17 December. In the first Test, only one of Kuldeep and Ashwin will get a chance.
Difficult to keep pace with Australian pitches, Harbhajan has toured Australia twice in 2003-04 and 2007-08. He told the news agency, “Bowling in Australia is difficult, because as long as you are able to keep pace with the pitch there, the tour is over.” The next tour is followed by 4-5 years. Being their home, Australian bowlers will take full advantage of it.
Advising the spinners, Harbhajan said, “Indian spinners will need to keep pace with the length in a short time.” One should not depend on the side spinners. If this happens, you will benefit. Indian spinners need to bowl a little slow to get the bounce. ”
