Buying a phone on installment in the festive season will not be easy, the price of the phone will not be increased.

This time on the festive season, sales of expensive phones may be lower than last year. Phone companies say that the sales of cheap phones may increase in the festive season compared to last year, but the sales of phones worth more than 30 thousand will be less than last year. Higher officials of mobile phone companies said that most of the purchases of phones worth more than Rs 30,000 are made on installment.

Phone companies said that the companies lending to buy consumer goods have agreements with them and they hand out loans to the customers coming to the store to shop. Due to this facility, customers did not have to pay full money for a phone worth more than 30 thousand. According to the phone companies, 50 percent of phones worth more than 30 thousand are purchased on installment. But right now financial companies that lend for consumer goods purchases are not giving loans easily. Small financial companies are not giving loans to new customers at all. Loan facility is available only to the old customers who have a good record in terms of repaying the loan.

Officials of the mobile phone companies said that in the festive season, the sale of phones worth Rs 10-15 thousand will be higher than last year because many people have put their purchases on hold due to Corona. Such customers will shop during the festive season. Phone makers are also going to launch several phones in the next 15 days keeping in mind the festive season.

This time in the festive season, India’s phone companies are also entering the market. For the festive season, most companies are focusing only on phones worth Rs 10-15 thousand. On the other hand, many options will be available for customers to buy phones in the festive season. Phone companies said that at the moment there is no increase in the price of the phone. They say that the cost has increased due to interrupted supply of raw materials and many other reasons, but it will not be passed on to customers.
