Recipe for garlic oil

Garlic oil can be made in two ways. It can be made by cooking garlic in any common oil like mustard or olive oil or by dipping garlic buds in some common oil for a few days. Let us know in detail about the method.

First method –

  • Finely crush four to five buds of garlic in a pan or pan.
  • Now add 120 ml of olive oil.
  • Allow this mixture to cook on low heat.
  • Cook garlic until it becomes light red.
