Recipe for garlic oil
Garlic oil can be made in two ways. It can be made by cooking garlic in any common oil like mustard or olive oil or by dipping garlic buds in some common oil for a few days. Let us know in detail about the method.
First method –
- Finely crush four to five buds of garlic in a pan or pan.
- Now add 120 ml of olive oil.
- Allow this mixture to cook on low heat.
- Cook garlic until it becomes light red.
- Now cool this mixture and fill it in a vial.
- If you do not want pieces of garlic in the oil, it can also be filtered and filled into the vial.
Note – Do not let the garlic pieces turn black. Its properties may end when burned. Use it within 5 days or else there is a fear of bacteria growing in it.
Second method –
- Peel and grind 10 buds of garlic.
- Pour them in one liter of airtight jar.
- Now add any vegetable oil of your choice in this jar.
- Keep this mixture in a shady place.
- After two days this oil can be used.
Note – You can store this oil in the refrigerator and keep it. It can be used throughout the year.
