IPL 2020 MI Vs KXIP: In the IPL, a mother-in-law contest was seen between Mumbai Indians and Kings XI Punjab. Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) defeated Mumbai (MI) after the Super Over twice. Both teams performed well. But in the end, Punjab won the bet. The match was won due to Chris Gayle’s sixes and Mayank Agarwal’s brilliant batting. In the second super over, Punjab had to score 12 runs off 6 balls. Chris Gayle hit a six on the very first ball. Seeing his six, Preity Zinta also jumped with joy. After the match and the first super over tie, Mumbai batted first in the second super over and thanks to Kieron Pollard, they managed to score 11 runs. Chris Gayle and Mayank Agarwal got to bat first for Punjab. Chris Gayle hit a big six off the ball of Trent Bolt, seeing his six, team’s mistress Preity Zinta jumped with joy. After winning, she also appeared on the ground congratulating the players.

After a brilliant fielding of Mayank Agarwal in the Super Over, Kings XI Punjab scored two points in the Indian Premier League for the first time in the Indian Premier League by beating Mumbai Indians in the second Super Over match. With this victory, Punjab’s team reached sixth place with six points from nine matches. Mumbai is in second place with 12 points in the same number of matches.

The match reached the climax of the thrill and it was a tie after 20–20 overs. After this, both teams scored the same five each in the super over. In the second super over, Kieron Pollard and Hardik Pandya came to bat for Mumbai while Chris Jordan bowled for Punjab.

Mumbai lost 11 wickets in this over and scored 11 runs. During this, Pollard played a big shot on the last ball but on the boundary Mayank Agarwal converted six runs into two runs by fielding Shander. Punjab had a target of 12 runs to win, for which Mayank Agarwal and Chris Gayle came to bat while Trent bowled for Mumbai. Gayle put pressure on Mumbai by hitting a six on the first ball itself. Gayle took a run on the second ball but Mayank scored the third and fourth balls to give the team victory.
