NEET Counseling 2020: National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the result of NEET 2020 exam. After the announcement of NEET result 2020, the Directorate General of Health Sciences (DGHS) will release the schedule of NEET counseling 2020 on behalf of the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) for admission to MBBS and BDS programs. Neat counseling dates are expected to be released in late October. Neat counseling 2020 will be registered in online mode.
Around 317 MBBS and 22 Dental ESIC seats will be available under the AIQ quota for NEET qualified candidates during All India NEET 2020 counseling.
A total of 235 medical colleges will participate in the NEET counseling process. A total of three rounds of NEET 2020 counseling will be held, including a mop-up round. Mop-up rounds of counseling will be conducted for Deemed / Central University and ESIC College only.

NEET Counseling 2020: Neat Counseling Process
1. For registration
counseling, first register on Mcc.nic.in. Candidates will have to enter their roll number, registration number, name, mother’s name and date of birth.
2. Counseling fees:
Candidates have to pay the counseling fees within the stipulated time to be eligible in the NEET counseling process. Fees can be paid through credit card / debit card or internet banking.
3. Exercising and locking choice
Choose the course of your choice and state the college / institution’s preferences.
4. Seat Allotment List
After each round, the result of Neat Seat Allotment will be released.

When and how did NEET test?
A total of 15.97 lakh candidates had registered for NEET examination. Of these, 85 per cent to 90 per cent of the students had given the exam. This year, more than 14.37 lakh candidates appeared in the entrance examination on 13 September despite the epidemic.
Due to being in the Containment Zone, the examination was organized again on October 14 for the students who could not take the exam. Candidates who have succeeded in this examination will get admission in MBBS and BDS courses in government and private medical colleges of the country.
