Under this, Jio postpaid users will be able to carry forward the credit limit while shifting to JioPostPaid Plus service. Also, no security deposit will have to be paid to the customer shifting to jio Postpaid Plus service.
What is Credit Limit carry forward feature
This is a kind of capping facility. Meaning users will be able to set their maximum postpaid bill of one month. Monthly expenses beyond this limit will not come on your postpaid plan. With the facility to carry forward the credit limit of Jio, it will be easier to shift from the old plan to the new Jio Postpaid Plus plan. Let’s know what to do for this.
This way you will be able to use this service
The user who wants to shift his postpaid number to Jio postpaid Plus service, will have to send Hi on WhatsApp to 8850188501. After this your existing postpaid bill has to be uploaded. In this way, the process of shifting to your new service of Jio will be completed. After this, after 24 hours you can get JioPostpaid Plus SIM either by going to the nearest Jio store or through the home-delivery facility, as well as you can continue the current credit limit without any charge.
