Kolkata: Calcutta High Court (Calcutta High Court) said on Monday that Durga Puja stalls No Entry will zone (Durga Puja pandals) visitors (visitors). Bhadohi police officer Ram Badan Singh said that the singer alleged that in 2014, Mishra had called him to his house for a program, where he raped her and then threatened to kill her or else be killed. It is alleged that in 2015 he was raped in a hotel in Varanasi. She has also alleged that after raping her, Vijay Mishra has asked her son and nephew to leave her home, but both of them allegedly raped her before leaving her home.

When the victim came to know that Vijay Mishra was facing a case of land grab and was kept in Agra jail, she lodged a complaint at Gopiganj police station on Sunday. Mishra’s son and wife have also been accused in the already running land case.
Vijay Mishra was shifted from Agra Chitrakoot Jail to Agra Central Jail three weeks ago. In August, a case has been registered in Mishra, his wife and son in several serious crimes including land grab. His own relative Krishna Mohan Mishra has made these allegations. His wife Ramlali Mishra has been granted anticipatory bail from the High Court, while his son is absconding after the bail application is rejected. Mishra was arrested by the police of Madhya Pradesh, from where he was sent to jail.
