Smart India Hackathon 2020: Technology important for education system, PM e-Vidya started

Tech. PM Narendra Modi addressed the Virtual Smart India Hackathon yesterday i.e. on August 1. In this Smart India Hekathon, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said many things about the new education policy and the education system being smart. How a new revolution has come in the education system in India through online education and digital learning. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank told about this.

Online education is being imparted in this Corona era only because of the Digital India Mission of the Central Government. Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank said that the Smart India Hackathon is instilling confidence in the students to stand like a warrior, due to which they can walk the path they want to walk. Along with this, he also mentioned PM e-Vidya online classes using technology and said that due to digitization, PM e-Vidya online classes have started.

He further explained that innovation and technology are being used in the new National Education Policy. For this, he has also started the National Education Technology Forum. He further said that whatever will come out of this Smart India Hekathon (SIH) will be implemented at the ground level. The Education Minister thanked all the participants who participated in the Smart India Hackathon and said that people have faith in you and whatever ideas have come out through this Smart India Hackathon will be implemented at the ground level.

Speaking on the occasion of the grand finale of the Smart India Hekathon, PM Modi mainly talked about learning, research (research) and innovation apart from the new education policy. He said that the 21st century is the era of knowledge. Speaking about the new education policy, he said that because of these new policies, the experience of students, schools, colleges and universities will change. Especially because of technology and innovation, the new education policy will get a wider vision.
