Snap Inc., the parent company of American multimedia app Snapchat, rolled out a feature called Spotlight on Monday. Through this feature, users can share short videos on the Snapchat app. The feature is similar to Tidtock for Bydance and the reels of Instagram.

Snap Inc. has stated in a blog post that users who could previously share snaps and stories with friends can now share the spotlight directly to them. This will help users to add more followers.
The company will give 1 million dollars to users every day
Snap Inc. has stated that the company will pay $ 1 million per day to users in the remaining days of 2020. This amount will be given to those users, whose snap will be at the top on the platform. The company has come up with this plan to promote the spotlight feature.
Facebook brought Instagram reels this year
The social media platform Facebook launched the Instagram Reels feature this year. This is also a feature like TicTalk. Through Instagram reels, users can shoot and share mobile-friendly videos. Apart from this, on the reels, users are allowed to apply special effects and sound in the video.
