Fired Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans’ husband David Eason called 911 to report a stolen dog months after he killed the family dog, RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.
“I think someone stole my dog and I want to make a report,” David said to the operator in the 911 call he made on November 5.
“He’s an Anatolian Shepherd,” David told the operator about the breed of dog.
As Radar readers know, David admitted to killing the family dog, a French Bulldog named Nugget, in April. He and Jenelle adopted two Anatolian Shephard dogs after he killed Nugget, claiming that they were good herders and would take care of their numerous farm animals.
Radar broke the news that Jenelle left David and she posted on Instagram that she was filing for divorce from him.
Alone on their North Carolina property nicknamed The Land, David described to the operator why he believed the dog was stolen.
“Me and my daughter, we were going out to my truck so I could take her to school,” he said on the call exclusively obtained by Radar.
“Both the dogs were right in the front yard. I just had to hook my truck up to the trailer, do a few things before I could leave. I was going to feed the dogs. When I went to get the dog food, well after I got it, I started calling the dogs.”
David continued telling the story about how and why he believed the dog had been stolen.
“They were down the driveway. Then I heard a car come down the road and stop. My driveway is really long so I couldn’t really see but I heard a car stop and I heard the dogs bark a couple of times. Then one dog came running back and the other dog has been gone ever since. I didn’t see the car.”
The operator told David: “We’ll get somebody out there.”

David placed the 911 call on Nov. 5, telling the Columbus County Operator that he believed his dog had been stolen.
On Tuesday, November 5, David posted on Facebook, “So since Jenelle has disappeared and I have no contact with her or Ensley. I have no option but to file a missing person’s report.”
However, the 911 call obtained by Radar from the Columbus County Emergency Services revealed that he was calling to report that one of their dogs was stolen.
Jenelle and David had custody of their children taken away from them after he killed the dog Nugget, with a judge telling her she “failed to protect” the children in her home.
In a shocking legal move, on July 3 a judge dismissed the case against Jenelle and David and returned all of the children to them.
Radar readers know that David testified that he killed Nugget during their CPS custody battle.
“He admitted it on the stand,” a source previously told Radar. “He said after their other dog, Jax, killed the pig and a few chickens, he even considered killing him, too. But he didn’t want the backlash from social media so he got rid of him.”
As Radar previously reported, Jenelle’s family was terrified when Jenelle and David adopted the two new dogs. “Jenelle and David should get some help,” the family insider dished to Radar after the couple showed off the new dogs.
“They are one of the most unique types of dog I have ever seen, and have the best temperament and disposition of any dog I have ever owned,” David said of the Anatolian Shepherds in a new YouTube video. “They are a livestock guardian breed and do not mind eating and sleeping with all our animals on The Land!”
Jenelle fled The Land and announced on Oct. 31 that she was divorcing David.
A source told Radar that Jenelle had run out of money and realized that she needed to end her marriage with David in order to start earning an income again.
“I’ve mostly kept off social media the past few days because I’ve been focused on making some big life decisions,” Jenelle said when she released a statement announcing her decision to divorce David. “I’ve lived my life on camera since I was 17 years old. And a lot of it hasn’t been pretty. But it’s been my life. Like anyone else I want what’s best for my kids and I want to be happy. With time away from Teen Mom I’ve started to look at my life differently and I know I need to make changes. I’m starting that now.”
Jenelle wrote that she was firm in her decision to leave David. “Nobody gets into a marriage expecting it to end but I know that’s what is best for me, and for my kids. Today I’ve filed papers to start that process.”
Jenelle, Ensley and Kaiser were staying in Tennessee after she claimed she filed for divorce, Radar previously reported.
Fans were stunned when David and Jenelle adopted the two new dogs after he killed Nugget.
“On May 1, 2019, Columbus County Sheriff’s Office and Columbus County Animal Control initiated a joint investigation into allegations of animal cruelty that reportedly occurred at a residence in Riegelwood,” the Sheriff’s Department told Radar in a statement. The case was closed without any charges being filed the Sheriff’s Department confirmed to Radar.
